I have not received my item!! I have been waiting months!! the tracking details show it has not even arrived in my country or departed your country. I would like a refund immediately please. I do not want to have to leave bad reviews but I am very upset with this service. I have paid a lot of money and have been patient but with NO order to arrive after so long it is unacceptable. Please look into this and issue and look at your tracking which proves this!! I need refund to my card immediately!! The order shows as 'finished' so I cannot even dispute this which is unacceptable. Due to Covid 1 I have been patient waiting extra long for months but it is clear I am NOT going to be receiving this order I paid for and the tracking shows this. I have paid hundreds of US dollars with NO package arriving. Please allow me to dispute this or REFUND my card AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!
